Welcome to FieldLink Pro, a mobile application service operated by Stolhand Wells Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning (doing business as "Stolhand-Wells Group," "we," or "us"). This Privacy Policy governs our collection and use of the Personal Information provided by any user ("you") when using the FieldLink Pro mobile application (the "App").

    • Timecard entries (including selections from dropdown menus)
    • Purchase order requests (including customer name, work order number, cost of items, and any notes you provide, whether typed or via voice-to-text)
    • Time off requests (including any notes you provide)
    • Information about messages you receive through the App.
  • Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, including the device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, advertising ID), IP address, browser type, and mobile network information.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, relying on the following legal bases for processing:
  • Providing and Maintaining the App: We use your information to enable you to use the App's features, such as timecard entry, purchase order requests, time off requests, and receiving messages.
  • Internal Operations: We use your information for internal business operations, such as payroll processing, workforce management, and internal communications.
  • Improving the App: We may use usage data to understand how users interact with the App and identify areas for improvement.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.  

Data Retention
Personal information, such as email addresses, collected through the App could be stored indefinitely. While employees or users may be deactivated within the system and their profiles made inactive, the underlying data associated with their activity, such as timecard entries, purchase orders, and other records, is retained for business operational purposes. This is necessary because deleting these records would impact other critical business functions, such as payroll processing, accounting, historical record-keeping, and legal compliance. These records are interconnected with other data within our systems, and removing them would create inconsistencies and compromise the integrity of our financial and operational data.

Although we do not delete the underlying data, we understand that you may have concerns about the retention of your information. If you leave the company, your account will be deactivated, and your profile will no longer be actively visible within the App. While the data will be retained, it will no longer be used for daily work activities.

Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include:
  • Access: You may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: You may have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

  • Restriction: Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
